reading your post reminded me of something.... MISTBORN 3 comes out in a month and a half!!!!! i'm super excited. i need to reread number 2, but frost's reading it and i need to read another book. hehe. "of two minds" put me to sleep pretty quickly today. i was happy, cause i couldn't sleep but needed a nap
anyway, i need to sleep again.
and.... for the past couple weeks, i haven't been very talkative and stuff. i think that's mainly because of a lack of sleep, but i want to get out and party all night.... soon. i guess that doesn't work too well when your mom doesn't like you staying out... at all. grr.

Work was rather boring today... I just read... all day.... with hardly any interruptions.....gag me.
Kane gave me a book to read. It is called Mistborn. man.. it is really good!
He says that I tried to read it before, I know I did because I remember the first part of the book, but he also says I did not like it because it was too slow. Funny... I think it is really interesting now.. I am almost halfway done, and that is just from reading at work ( you can guess from that comment that it is ALWAYS busy at the theater!).

I'm feelin groovy right now. If life keeps going just like it is right now, I'd be happy for a long time. I saw Eaven for the first time in a long time on Wednesday. i missed her more than i thought i would. hehe. she thought she was being bad showing pda. if anything, i wouldn't mind a little more of that stuff :P
and i regret to say it, but i need to establish a bedtime for myself. this 6 hours of sleep every night isn't doing it for me. speaking of which, i should probably sleep.

the 2nd best event of my week was meeting batman and robin in the smiths parking lot in saratoga springs.

I'm leaving tomorrow morning!!! I'll be home to see you soon Eaven. I really can't wait to see you. Monday isn't soon enough, but I guess I'll have to wait. Sorry I haven't posted at all during my trip, I'll try to summarize it.
Wednesday: colleges are MIT and olin. I liked them both, but olin wasn't right for me. we drove around upstate massachusetts, concord and lexington, walden pond. Great first day of a trip.
Thursday: went to salem, harvard....

and i fell asleep just now. now it's morning and i'm late for my flight. i'll write when i get home. love you guys, haefen and eaven.

Sucks

Death sucks.
My uncle died the day before yesterday.
He was found in his house yesterday by his daughter. He did not go to work the day before, so they called his wife (who was in alaska) and she called her daughter to go check on him.
It sucks.
I did not know him very well... I only ever met him 3 times.
But He was the healthiest of all of my mothers siblings. and That is kind of scary.

travel stinks

I just got off the plane, it's 12:30, and i was just checking in. Tomorrow we go to Cambridge! I'll update again when there's real news.

mmm.... ramen

The couch is a very comfortable place to lay... or sleep... or eat... i guess the couch is just plain comfortable. Anyway, i was playing video games, and got bored with it, so i decided to get some ramen. Okay, i really didn't put forth that much effort. Frost got some ramen, and i'm sitting here on the couch really wanting ramen. must....get....up....!
okay, i'll give up on that for a little while. I should be super tired right now, cause i stayed up most of the night reading, then got up early because my dad sliced his finger open while trying to get ready to bail hay. wait, no. i shouldn't be tired. i just remembered i took a nap... right. heretoforthhencewith, i finally booked stuff like a car for my trip tomorrow! trip tomorrow! oh yeah! and i think i'm going to a patriots eagles game. i's super excited.
i guess it's time to go now. until next time ... stay ... not vomit encrusted.

hehe... I did NOT eat the whole pint of ice cream. I have taken 3 bites...

Kane is so funny! I have NEVER.... except once... eaten a whole pint of ice cream in one sitting.

I always save it for later.

Later is good. makes me want to eat it all now.. only I kinda feel sick. but that is only because I am tired and only ate junk food so far today....

custard overload

yesterday (instead of eating lunch) i went to this AMAZING ice cream place. Okay, it really wasn't ice cream, it was frozen custard (which is very similar to ice cream, but has eggs in it too, so it's thicker, creamier, and less healthy for you).
So (due to its wonderful properties) a normal size shake (a little bigger than the one pictured to the side here) was so rich and creamy that it was about the equivalent to twice that much ice cream.
After eating that much ice cream, i was about done for the day, but peter gave me some of his because he got fries too. I kept saying "i don't want anymore" *continue stuffing my face* "mmm"
So a few hours later, when i bought some ice cream for eaven to cheer her up, i grabbed two spoons. Not because i particularly wanted it, but because i guessed that i'd have to finish it for her once she couldn't eat anymore. Of course she feels bad that she didn't realize it and ate it all, but that's eaven for you. She's just a little crazy sometimes.

I don't know what to do.... My job now sucks and Lundy won't give me enough hours... and then when I have opportunities to get more hours, I can't work then. Or it is at the last minute and can't rearrange my schedule.

School?

How wierd is it that I am excited for School to start?
I am excited for school after high school. and for high school.
My hair was cut today, and I realized, I would enjoy cutting hair.
I have already looked into the cost and the different schools for cosmetology, but today I realized this could work. If I had a job like that, I could get paid much more than I am now, and I would have money to spen on getting my education! It makes me so happy to know that I would be able to spend money on myself and pay for my education at the same time!

I'm sick of stupid summer. Get this crap over with. Fatty Kane put up disgusting hannah montana crap, so that evil what's-her-face took both of our admin privelages away a while ago, and barely just gave them back. Anger. Loud noises. Grr.

i'm not overdramatic, i'm just.... enthusiastic :P okay i'll admit, when i read my last post, i was laughing at how much of a ... (what's the word?) ... dork i am. wow. if i weren't me, i probably would have beaten me to a pulp for such a cheesy post. hehe
back to the main point of my writings... um.... oh! things changed! my flights got moved back a week, so i'm missing the first few days of school, but stay home earlier in the summer. woohoo! missing the useless days of school!
but now i come to the sad part of my post. one of my favorite nerds in the whole world is leaving to college. i ask you to give this poor soul a moment of silence. Soon he will be away from home, going to mentally stimulating classes, he already has a girl up there for him, and will be living with the most sideburn-erific guy ever. WAIT A SECOND!!!! why am i mourning him? stupid fathead! take me with you! grumblegrumble.

the night is darkest before the dawn

hehe. I like that title. Because there are so many meanings to it right now. The obvious one (if you've been following the blog) is tonight is the night that breaking dawn comes out. So basically, estrogen is on an all time high tonight. Very yes.
But there are more meanings for the phrase "the night is darkest before the dawn." As i've watched the summer fly by, i've been watching memories being made and been astonished at how time can pass faster than I could ever imagine. Now it doesn't look like i'll see Eaven for a couple weeks. Why do we both have to be so busy? Life will carry me away, but i want to be at home with my friends, relaxing through this lazy summer.
I hope the next few weeks will pass as quickly as the rest of the summer, but my guess is that they'll creep by, slower than a tortise. So I'm just saying here, I love you Eaven, my Aoibheann, and i'll miss you. But when we meet again, it'll be a new day to explore, to conquer.
Another meaning of "the night is darkest before the dawn" is that it's really dark right now (it probably looks something like this, but darker). And it'll get darker, until it's dawn. Come on, you can't tell me you didn't see that one coming. Seriously.
